You may send clear photographs of your piece via our enquiry form, after which we arrange an in-person viewing at your property or our De Montfort Street workshop. We then issue an itemised written quotation covering all timber, labour, and transit.
Which payment methods are accepted once the repair is finished?
We accept settlement strictly upon your personal inspection and approval. Clients may choose between direct bank transfer or cash on completion. We do not require advance card transactions.
What is your policy regarding service revisions or guarantee?
We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee on all structural repairs and finishes. Should any treated joint demonstrate movement or an oil finish require additional buffing within thirty days, our craftsman will return promptly to rectify it without charge.
Can I cancel or reschedule an arranged workshop booking?
Yes. We understand plans alter, and you may reschedule or cancel your collection appointment without penalty provided you notify our workshop by 11:00 on the preceding business day.
