Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation window

Notice of cancellation tendered by telephone or email at least 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival incurs no fee. Cancellations made past this threshold may be billed for specialized materials already acquired for your piece, in accordance with the quotation.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to adjust your booking date at no cost. Our workshop will suggest the earliest available opening within one business day.

Conditions for issuing a refund

A complete refund is remitted should our workshop cancel the engagement, fail to complete the specified scope of repair, or should the finished work deviate from the quotation and prove impossible to rectify within a reasonable period.

• If an in-home appointment is cancelled with more than twenty-four hours notice, no fee is incurred.
• Deposits paid for custom materials already ordered or timber cut to non-standard dimensions are non-refundable.
• If workshop work has commenced prior to cancellation, payment is due solely for the recorded hours completed up to that point.

Submitting a refund request

1. Notify our workshop by telephone or email as soon as your circumstances change.
2. Provide your invoice or quotation reference number.
3. Confirm your preferred rescheduling date or request an accounting of any material balances.

Timeline

Approved deposit balances or adjustments are returned via bank transfer within five working days.
